Who handles refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
This means Paddle processes refunds and pays them back to the payment method you used. You can ask Paddle or us, and we are happy to help.
14-day refund
If PaidTwice is not right for you, you can get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of your first purchase of an Audit Pass or a Pro subscription (monthly or annual). You do not need to give a reason.
This applies to that first purchase only, not to later renewals or repeat purchases, unless the law requires otherwise.
After 14 days
After 14 days, we do not give refunds, including partial refunds for unused time, unless our terms of service provide for one (for example, if we discontinue PaidTwice) or the law requires it.
Cancelling a subscription
You can cancel Pro at any time from your account page, using the link in your Paddle receipt, at paddle.net, or by contacting us via our contact form. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, and then it does not renew.
Deleting your PaidTwice account does not cancel your subscription, so please cancel first.
How to ask for a refund
Contact us via our contact form using the email address you bought with, and include your Paddle order number if you have it. You can also ask Paddle directly, using the link in your receipt or at paddle.net.
Paddle sends approved refunds to your original payment method. How long they take to appear depends on your bank. When a purchase is refunded, the paid access it gave you ends.
If you think you have been charged by mistake, contact us or Paddle straight away.
Firm plans
Refunds for Firm plans follow the terms in your quote.
Your legal rights
This policy does not affect any rights you have under consumer law, such as the Australian Consumer Law or a statutory right to cancel in the UK or EU. Where those rights give you more, they apply.
